They gave me ice cream in a burnt waffle cone. I brought it back. They gave me another burnt cone. I told them it was burnt. The clerk yelled at me and said I wasted their ice cream. Huh?
Small scoop for the price not even round scoop flat on bottom and hollow in center and when asked if it was kids scoop said no just because in rush to close so picking a different Baskin Robbins from now on
Went with the wife during summer months and the guy working behind the counter obnoxiously sneezes on the exposedan ice cream expecting customers standing there to still want to buy and eat it. No thanks

Sorry to say that this particular store (Pulaski/183rd) is horrible. All the times I’ve gone there the wait time in the drive thru is ridiculously long, even to get someone to take the order! Today, they have no pumpkin donuts so they us vanilla and instead of the cappuccino blast that I ordered turned out to be a very watered down mocha blast! I don’t think she used ice at all!! Please do some extra training with your staff or get a new manager for that store during the day!
I’d give this place 0 stars if it was possible. There’s always something wrong with my order everytime I come here. On most occasions, they don’t even have half of the flavors! What kind of ice cream shop do not carry the most basic of all flavors, vanilla and chocolate?? Then there’s times when they just get the order completely wrong! I’ve never been to such a horrible Baskin Robbins. Not to mention them adding peanuts to my order when I am very allergic as well as many other people! At this point, just close the place down.

I went this evening getting my last sugar treat for the week requesting a large scoop of black walnut. I noticed the bag was awfully light & asked if I had been given a large scoop and the young man said yes. After getting home, settling in to enjoy my treat, I spooned deep into much hollow space unfilled with the ice cream I paid for. My advice:. Go to 159th & Kedzie, in Markham, where they always fill the entire cup giving you the ice cream you pay for.

I went to get ice cream for myself and my boys after a hot field trip. After waiting about five minutes for the answer to whether or not it was buy one get one free to scoop sundae day they finally came back and said yes it is so then I ordered and when I got To the window the cashier proceeded to Yell at me telling me I had caused the time to go up and customers were leaving . I reminded him that for a good part of the time I was sitting in drive thru waiting for the answer to a yes or no question that they should already know the answer to. Then he said the ice cream was ready but it wasn't I asked for my money back and he wouldn't give it to me. Was told to call back next day when manager was in but number responds like a fax machine just a loud beep. They still owe me $13.21. I will NEVER do business with the country club hills donut location again. Super unprofessional and not worth the stress or hassle. The cashier Kenneth with the blue tinged dreads needs to either be retrained or fired!!!!

I recently visited this location and as I was eating my ice cream I noticed a hair in my cup. I will not be revisiting this location.
They Never Ever Ever have cookies and cream ice cream. Ever😠😠
According to my receipt, Valarie J was our server during our midnight ice cream craving. Pulled up to the menu and the ordering box was very soft in sound. Asked for a moment and by the time ready a second later she was gone. Pulled around and then re entered the line. Waited a couple more minutes and then SHE was ready. She asked for our order, in which we took it step by step while she made it. Pulled around to pay, only to see her not in uniform and in my opinion not a work appropriate outfit.. Then proceeded in a snappy way if we were satisfied with her service. We said thank you and we're trying to be understanding as possible until we looked down and the orders weren't even remotely close..
