I ordered my daughter's birthday cake online two days before her birthday and went to pick-up at the right time from this store. However, there was no cake or store workers! The people who was watching(?) the store just told me that they could not do anything nor give me refund. I had my daughter choose her favorite flavor and design for the first time instead of giving her a gift, because that was what she wanted. But that plan was totally ruined and I would never ever order anything from Baskin Robbins again. It was the worst experience I have ever had for my children's birthday. I still have not gotten my money back. I called them but only if I can come to the store in the morning their manager can do that but I am working in the morning 7 days a week so I cannot go there. I would not give them even one star.
Rude is right and hours posted 9:30pm pulled up 8:52 pm told " sorry we are officially closed for the evening ". This giving a second chance after GF had an insect in her ice cream the visit before. I vowed never to devulge until this rude experience.
They don't list any of their flavors at the drive through, so when we asked for options the cashier was fairly irritated. She continued getting more irritated anytime we asked another question. By the time we got to the window she was quite rude. You need to train your employees on how to be professional ... and perhaps help them out by posting your flavors.
Ordered hot fudge sundae’s, hot fudge machine broken but got it anyway. Out of lids so had to give me large lid that didnt fit and it dumped in my car. The the ice cream had chunks of ice in it. Won’t go back here
