The staff here is polite and friendly. Service was a bit slow. I had a warm brownie sundae and my partner had 2 scoops of ice cream in a waffle cone. The ‘icing on the cake’ ice cream was DELICIOUS.
Currently no indoor seating available and they have a patio outside with tables but there are no chairs for you to sit. Also they have a restroom but it’s closed.

Came for the special of 1.50 on each of the 31 and wasn’t disappointed. For, my first trying had a great time, good staff, great ice cream, decent menu, decent prices, and they even make birthday cakes. The store is clean and easy and good bathrooms. Just a great environment. Definitely would recommend and will be coming back.

“Our freezer was broken” live 5 minutes from baskin robins and the cake couldn’t survive that short drive. Waited 10 minutes while they put the lettering on this melting cake that I ordered way ahead of time.

Make sure you use the app if you're going to go in there, prices are a bit on the higher side but the staff makes the extra money worth it, the three young ladies were extremely sweet and one of them even recommended pistachio ice cream which went surprisingly well with hot fudge, thank you ladies :-)

What is up with the small portions of the scoops of ice cream here? Went in to get a banana royal and I kid you not it was almost all whip cream, again. Because this is the second time this happens to me. $8 dollars for a cup of almost all whip cream, ridiculous. What bad customer service, never again!

A little mad because I went there tonight at 8:30 to get my birthday scoop and the doors were locked. I even checked online before heading over for the store hours and it said the close at 9. So I figured I was set to get my scoop... Nope! Closed before 9, no store hours posted on the door, nothing! Psst.... I think I should get an extra free scoop for all this bogus bs!
