This store has become an essential weekly destination for my family. We are consistently met with warm welcomes upon each visit, creating an environment where happiness is infused alongside the indulgence of delightful ice cream. When I went to this baskin robbins it was a nice experience. The people who worked there were very nice and enthusiastic. And the ice cream there was great and there were lots of flavors and options to choose from!

I’ve been to many Baskin Robbins through the years and this one on Pollard Road Los Gatos is the best of the bunch. All of the staff especially the owner go above and beyond for great customer service. I love Baskin-Robbins ice cream but the icing on the cake “no pun intended “ is the service specially by the owner. She sets the pace for the rest of the staff to have a absolutely great store to come into.No matter how you’re feeling when you walk in you leave with a smile on your face with the exceptional service and of course the ice cream is so good. I wish all the stores I shop would be like this one it’s an absolute 10 out of 10 for sure.
