They did a really good job on both of the cakes I ordered for Christmas! And they were both delicious!

This store is great , it's very nice and clean. The guys behind the counter are very helpful. They always have a smile. Don't stop by during the summer around the time DVHS ends if you can avoid it, the area is very busy and it's full of sweaty teens looking for some refreshments. 😁 They only allow 6 people at the time due to COVID-19 restrictions and everyone needs a mask 😷 to enter.

The 2 employees there when we went on a Monday night at 830 were very attentive. They made our experience by being very patient with each of us(there were 6 of us 4 were kids. Each of them were very kind and answered all of our questions. As we were eating our ice cream the shop had several customers coming in and again each of these employees treated each person with genuine caring and made sure everyone got their ice cream with a smile. We will go back for sure!!

I needed to order a special cake for my granddaughter's birthday. The young employee was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me send an image to the store's email so they can print it to put on the cake.

Home of my favorite ice cream ever made....Pralines and cream! By far one of the nicest and with friendliest servers you’ll find in the area or at any Baskin-Robbins for that matter. Both times I’ve been here I’ve been taking care of very nicely by the servers who are friendly, appreciate their jobs and are very good with customers. Minus 1star only because the prices are a little high. Worth it, but still a little high.

Went there last night and purchased two 2 scoop sundays. The scoops were so small. There was more whipped cream than the 2 scoops of ice cream. I didn't realize it until I got home. I have never had such small scoops of ice cream anywhere before. Extremely disappointed and probably will not go back to this location again. I have receipt to show what I purchased.

Want to send a shout out to crew member 6128 at the Antioch Ca location. I dont know her name, but she deserves recognition for her positive demeanor. I'm sure she had a long day and yet it didnt show, because her attitude displayed friendliness and she went above and beyond to share her favorite ice cream and was cordial with my family and me. She is more than a customer service rep! She should be applauded for her awesomeness!!!

Nice, large portions. It seems to me the ice cream didn't have a lot of sugar as it used to. This was very helpful to those of us that need less sugar in our diet.🤗

Everytime I go to baskin- Robbin I always have to verify they have 31 flavors. Yup, they did!! So many choices to choose from, I picked baseball nut, basically vanilla ice cream with raspberry swirl and cashews. My bf picked bubble gum with chocolate. Both served in a cup.
