It was ok there was a line of people and only one worker and one of the workers couldn't scoop the ice cream and had to ask another employee to help.

Worst Baskin Robbins ever... how the heck can you call yourselves an ice cream place when you had no cookies, brownies, or Oreo cheesecake ice cream for a sundae. To make matters worse the last time I was at this location they had ants crawling on the garbage can, talk about nasty. Avoid this one at all costs.

The service was so/so The girl seemed uninterested and she took care of our son then walked away to go ring him up then finally asked if he needed anything else, thinking he was alone even though we were standing next to him and were talking with him and came in together. We had to tell her yes we are with him.

Very nice for a Baskin Robins. It's colocated with a Dunkin Donuts so donut a la mode is on the menu if you like.

Orders online cake and they cancel the order saying they cant make the cake per online price and told me that it would be double the online price. If you cant make the cake in the price shown online then why show these price in the first place.
