Showed up at 9:54 for late night ice cream mind you the front does say 10pm. Two girls working the night shift on 1/26/2024 told us we’re closed. With a very nice attitude! Love it. I’ve worked customer service for YEARS you don’t close till the cash registers till it’s closing time. Informed them about that and they just said well we are closed. Then laughed and locked the door. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sweetest girls working tonight (Valentine’s Day) and they helped us get a good cake. Loved the mango tajin and chamoy popsicles!! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Said open until 10pm arrived on 9:44 p.m and girl said we're closed. I opened the door an walked in awhile another family was being served an everything, guess it takes 17 whole minutes for ice cream. What ever happened to customer first / service businesses don't understand every customer count and all time is valuable.

Baskin-Robbins is my favorite place to buy ice cream! I always have a good experience whenever I come here. One I came in with a friend but didn't have any money to buy anything and the manager gave me a free ice cream cone :) This place is never crowded and the workers are never all up in your business whenever you sit in the small tables inside. It is also very clean and relaxing. Totally going back to Baskin-Robbins.

I don't care if she sees this TBH but there's a tall lady who works here and I am actually in love with her!! I'm a 14 year-old girl BTW, I'm not some old man hitting on her. Fr tho, she is actually so pretty and I am gonna marry her someday 😍✨

I usually go to Baskin Robbins to get Ice cream with my children on different days and I can say that I am happy with their costumer service and the different type of ice cream flavors they have I have visit some other ice cream places but so far We always come back to this location my children love it! Kudos to the team members who give us their costumer service today! They were polite and friendly. Love it!

I am so tired of you closing early. Either fix your website or fix your employees. It says you close at 10pm. I literally pulled in at 9:38 and they turned the lights off. Do you know what happens to businesses that constantly close early? They go out of business. I came by on Sunday and though it said you were open until 10pm you were closed early. I gave you a pass because it was Easter. Hopefully someone is reading your reviews and fixes your problem.

Paid for an online order the Sunday before. I went to pick it up and it hadn’t been made. They had the order but just didn’t make it. Owner tried to blame me, then the computer, then her phone until all those were proven to not be the cause of the error. I had to come back the next day. Glad I didn’t try and pick it up the same day as the party.

Ordered an Ice cream cake for my Sons birthday. One of the best cakes we've had. Something for everyone, will definitely be considering order more ice cream cakes for special events.
