This location is worth going out of your way for. Friendly staff, well stocked and excellent service. I had a special order Mud Pie created, and it was beyond my expectations. Other locations can have limited product and bare pre-made freezers. This one is 5 stars all the way! We ordered ice cream cake for our kid Birthday and they really made it perfect to what we wanted. We went there with a picture and they just took it and able to deliver it with perfection. We are really happy with the way how it came up. And every one in the party liked the taste as well. Ice cream was good as usual, but the store itself had loud non family like music. I accidentally broke my son's dinosaur hat, and I ask for a new one nicely. She said she would have to charge me for it, it seemed like she was being slight towards me. I would recommend a different baskins Robbins. Can I give a 10/10!?! We have lived in the area for going on over 6 years already and have always had such a great experience! MOST recently we actually ordered a custom ice cream cake for my son’s birthday and we couldn’t have been happier, she matched the pictures we showed perfectly. It was beyond expectations and everyone was raving about it. Every time we walk in the door Natalie shows us such kindness and professionalism. She really is something to admire nowadays. My parents had even gone earlier that week where she also helped them and they also had great things to say about her service as well! Thank you and keep up the great attitude Natalie 😊

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I just went there and ordered their new boba drink and the guy gave me a half full drink zero boba like there's no boba inside the drink and it looks disgusting. I was about to throw up. I was going to go ask the guy if I could return it when I was too embarrassed. I'm never going to this Baskin-Robbins again. they got to fire that guy and get a new person. so messed up I hate that place zero out of 5. The guy even had to look at a booklet just to figure out how to make it and he still made it wrong I thought workers are supposed to know how to make things. Yeah there might be syrup in the cup but there's literally no boba and that's syrup looks so disgusting. If you want a good drink go to any other place but this Baskin-Robbins

This place is so nice. It’s very clean and the employees are really nice and helpful. I came in to get a quart of chocolate chip and the lady helping me was so nice and made the quart very well for me. Also the owners were very nice to me. Truly one of the best Baskin Robbins.

Was waiting in line to be served. One of the employees (who wasn’t working at the time family came in and she decided it was okay to let them just cut the line and serve her brothers and herself before anyone and they obviously didn’t pay.) was unprofessional in my eyes and when I asked another employee what happened she said “oh don’t worry, she wasn’t working”

This place is the best Baskin Robbins I have ever had - and given how often I travel, that’s saying something! She made my chocolate milkshake EXACTLY the way I wanted it and it was perfect! Thank you!
