Great customer service (the young lady) ice cream delicious as always. Convenient location and is one of the few. Dunkin Donuts that offers Baskin Robins ice cream. This store offers all the products and is usually busy but I visited on weekday early afternoon so not that busy. Thank you KJ, you are outstanding and Baskin Robbins is lucky to have you. KJ is simply out of this world. Her Greeting then her smile we're the first things that caught our attention. Excellent customer service, we will definitely be coming back again. and again, thank you, Baskin Robbins for having this wonderful young lady on your team. We love your ice cream and are crazy for the donuts and coffee and the sandwiches too. But most of all, the customer service is definitely what we gravitate to so KJ thank you. 😊

We came in after the soccer tournament this weekend and what a terrible experience. We brought 14 girls with families to enjoy ice cream post game and the staff was rude and quick to rush us out of the lobby. One staff member even told a parent to “get out”. Will NEVER come back. Franchise owner should be ashamed.

This is my go-to Baskin-Robbins in the area. The ice cream is fresh and delightful. The employees are very friendly and patient. This Baskin-Robbins only has limited flavors, and an employee named Chelsea/Kelsey was kind enough to tell me each flavor the store had.

I hate I had to give them 1 star we went there and asked for a banana split with wet nuts got the banana split the banana was black and no nuts I asked if we could have another one they said they were out of bananas and wet nuts everybody in the seem a little slow no disrespect
