First time try out baskin robbins at R&R, service good and kind. We didnt know what to order so staff helped us for some great suggestion. We got milkshake instead of ice cream because it’s more delicious. Recommended to use their apps for some good deals and offer ( i got buy 1 free 1 milkshake). By this time, this shop only accept cash, hopefully can use e-wallet soon. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

High quality ice cream i enjoy eating it however the prices is too high not all can offerd it, one scoop at 10 mr is too much if they rethink about the prices many can buy it.

Often runs out of ice so i cant order my cappuccino blast, and they left their brewed tea rotten that I can't even order it because "the tea was from yesterday so it is stale already", as nonchalantly explained by the crew. Gross.

Just went to R & R Ayer Keroh Melaka. The worst service and the salesgirl charged me rm36+ for single scoop with topping. When I asked why so expensive, she can't give me a proper reason. At last she asked me to pay rm26+. That means she charged about rm10. Worst service .

The place has sufficient parking lots. The shops there are good and a lot of variety. Baskin robbins' staffs are good and very helpful to us
