The food was great. Service not so much. Walked in and there were 5 or 6 tables seated and several customers standing around. The employees seemed very disorganized.It seemed like very little english was spoken here. We sat down,but no one came over to our table. My husband went over to cashier and she told him to sit down. It took awhile before a waitress came over to us. We asked a few questions that she had to check with someone behind the counter for answers. Once we ordered breakfast we were promptly served. There were no prices or descriptions listed on any of the numerous bakery items. The place was clean and had nice decor. Overall we had a good experience besides the confusion at the start.

My husband and I happened to pass by this bakery after looking for some fresh baked goods after dinner. The pictures don’t do it justice how stunning the selection is! From fresh baked bread to pastries and cakes! We had the baklava after visiting and were taken aback by how delicious it is! We also took a couple slices of cake to go and it was just as good! We will be returning! Highly recommend!!

My wife wanted to stop by to buy some small cakes. This bakery is a gem in this area. Atmosphere is cozy, and staff were friendly. Cakes were beautiful and delicious! The same thing goes for meat pies. They serve authentic Turkish teas and coffee too. Highly recommend.

Visited Basak premium Turkish bakery with my family, and I'm thrilled they've brought this fantastic concept to South Jersey. The ambiance transported me to Istanbul with every bite of the delicious tres leches and lotus cake. While the San Sebastián was delightful, the chocolate sauce didn't match the authentic taste of Turkish chocolate. Despite that, I'm giving them 5 stars for their commendable effort, great location, excellent service, and an innovative concept. Looking forward to trying borek and tea for breakfast – highly recommended!

This bakery is just amazing, I wish I found them sooner. They have the most delicious baklava I've ever had! Everything they make is perfect. They were kind enough to whip up a special birthday cake for me with relatively short notice and they did such a great job. The cake tasted perfect, I loved how the cream wasn't too sweet, which made it easier to devour. Too many bakeries overdo it with the sweetness, but not Basak. Their service is great and the bakery is clean, you can't ask for more when it comes to quality.

We picked out a cake for my birthday and it was absolutely delicious! Extremely different from American cakes that are very sweet. The vanilla cake we got was very light and fluffy, the glazed fresh berries on top were the perfect touch. Staff were very nice and took the time to answer any questions we had on their large selection of cakes. Can’t wait to try their other desserts!

Everything I eat is extremely delicious and fresh. The employees are friendly and caring. It's obviously a business with experience, everyone does their job meticulously. It's so sweet that you think of the candy box for kids. We are eagerly waiting for your coffee corner to be finished. I hope you have understanding customers.

New bakery shines in their opening. Beautiful place. Great location. Service was excellent, but most of all, the cakes, deserts, and breads are top-notch. You have to come and see for yourselves. Hang out or take out. Either way is ok!

This bakery is great! We tried multiple pastries, both savory and sweet, and they were all amazing. Highly recommend the potato börek, poğaça, and simit. The staff is very attentive and service is extremely fast. We ordered a round of Turkish tea and they brought us a second round as soon as they noticed we had finished.

We came across this amazing Turkish bakery that has recently opened near our neighborhood and I’m just happy we have something that good near us.
We tried their pastry and burak and everything was delicious.
