This is a great little spot that's been here for years. It's a mix of Mexican/American cuisine. Drinks are well made and not watered down. I usually like having their menudo or their chilaquiles with a side of margaritas. The atmosphere is casual and layback, with the majority of their costumers being regulars. We stopped here to have some lunch on our way home. We are not from the area. We looked at the reviews so we decided give it a try. The food was great and the service was too our food order din't take long it was very quick. Next time we are in the area we will definitely be stopping. Delicious Mexican food is served at Barragan's! I really enjoyed my enchiladas, beans and rice meal. Guacamole and chips were quite tasty. Lunch special is fairly budget-friendly. Nice ambiance.
