The food was freshly prepared but took way too long...we waited for almost 2 hours for a mix oupa special. The patrons are happy waiting for such a long time just for chips with Russians, viennas and steak gravy...even though we enjoyed the meal but the waiting period was a bit too much. Might go back there if I'm in that part of Johannesburg again

The service here is good. The problem is when you order on whatsapp at time you get no replay only to get there and your food is cold or they don't replay at all and you get there only to be told your order wasn't taken. The food here is great love the hot sauce they use.

Nit happy at all I order chips and Polony and when I got home it was only the chips when I send my daughter they yold her I must come I waited long abd then I had to go again and wait my numer was 265 the lady is black jacket I even bought Honey I'm Owen wife my husband alwsys buy there

I called at half past 5 ,I went to collect at half past 6, I was told to wait 15 minutes, I went to spar came back after 20 minutes then they said I should wait 10 minutes mxm I only received my order at half past 7. The food us great but today service was very bad

Yoh quality food....they just take poes long to prepare....I waited 1hour 30min for a Oupa Special that was on friday
