This store was the best one I've been in. Very nice and clean. Loved the decor and had many books to choose from.

Great location, lots of good books, large horror section. There’s a Starbucks inside with a decent sized menu, if you want a drink or snack. But the bathrooms? Absolutely disgusting. I don’t understand how stores don’t seem to care about keeping restrooms clean anymore. I didn’t have an option for a clean toilet, every one of them was full of waste, so I chose the toilet with the least waste, as I really needed to go. The toilet wouldn’t even flush, I guess it was broken. Toilet paper and paper towels everywhere. I told an employee when I came out of the restroom that it needed attention and he chuckled and said “sure..” Good place to go for books, nasty place to go if you care about clean restrooms.

Lovely store, so much nicer to shop through here versus browsing on a computer. Children’s book section was adorable. Cafe serves official Starbucks drinks, barista I had was very nice. Only thing I noticed that needs serious attention was the state of the women’s bathroom. Trash everywhere and stalls & walls dirty

Elizabeth was a fantastic employee and the reason why I am writing this review. She was so friendly and helpful and a wealth of knowledge. She checked me out quickly but still had excellent advice on this board game that I bought. I would go here again, just for the service.

I’d give this place 5 stars but the carpet needs a good cleaning and the children’s book section always seems to have dirty sticky books, my guess is parents don’t clean their kids hands before handling the books. No one seems to supervise that area. I prefer the one at Lincoln Park by north park.

I have been to this location in two separate occasions and have received poor customer service both times. If you don’t want to deal with customer service, don’t work at a book store. This last time I went I asked one of the associates that was putting away some books if they had more of a specific book because the one on the shelf was beat up and before I could even finish my sentence she responded “no we don’t” and walked away. I asked politely and the associate was still rude.

Customer service was excellent. I walked in and immediately I was helped. The lady at the counter went an extra mile to help me find the book. Place was also very clean and very enjoyable to shop around.

Neat little area within a great town center. The atmosphere is cozy, the book selections are fantastic and there's a coffee shop within, allowing you to drink while you cruise around the shelves and novels.

Love the atmosphere and the employees are great! They didn't have the book I wanted in stock, so they ordered it for me, and it was delivered to my house!!!! Plus, they have a Starbucks!!!
