The experience with the cashier is different for me in both times visiting the Barnes and Noble store this year. While the elder lady asks for my phone number in an order return, the young girl didn’t want to have my phone number when registering my membership card. I do finding working with the elder one is easier going, compared to the younger one. May be she needs further training and listening to customer more. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

There service was quick and very friendly. I got a chocolate chip and the wife got the sugar cookie. I didn't get the pic of mine because i devoured it lol. It was soft and delish. The sugar cookie was good as well

THIS PLACE HAS THE BEST STAFF. SERIOUSLY. THEY ARE SO SUPER KIND AND PATIENT EVERY TIME! I cannot rave enough about that. It really makes such a huge difference! The coffee and food is also delicious! They offer a variety of sandwiches, desserts, and pastries! Great place for a meal or just a quick snack!

Great store! very clean everyone had on masks check out line was awesome the managers were great! I miss the old fluffy chairs that we used to sit on and read hopefully they will be back soon :)

I always enjoyed purchasing one gourmet cookie and getting the second one free! However, now if you purchase a gourmet cookie the second one is "half off" instead of "free!" The cookies & cakes are always fresh & delicious! 😋

Because Starbucks is open, you now have many customers walking around the store drinking coffee and not wearing masks. Before the pandemic I never saw people walking around with coffee. Back to only shopping on Amazon.

I LOVE Barnes & Nobles. I love sitting at B&N Starbucks cafe and reading a book or a magazine. The service is quick and nice. And the variety is always good.

Didn't know how to make the drink, made my latte cold instead of hot. Too much of a line to ask for a fix, think they must have been new and not ready to work by themself just yet.
