Food used to be good here. Not anymore!
Ordered a Swiss and Ham omelet with home fries ... brought out ham and cheddar with hashbrowns.. the omlet was RAW in the middle. Slimy egg whites in the center. This is second time the food has been bad here. They have lost all ish to give here..

First time here on Monday 2/18/24 at 3:30pm, went in and it is small but I like privately owned better than franchise. Shower was much less in cost than bigger stores with no wait. The female clerk showed me to the shower and brought a vlean towel and washcloth. Not only is the female clerk on this day beautiful in looks but even more importantly she has a bubbling personality with an infectious smile. It was a pleasant experience and she was the only one I interacted with. I will definitely be stopping here again.
The restaurant is the ONLY reason bar b rates at all. The store sells a very limited selection of groceries at exorbitantly high prices (11.90 for a 12 pack of cokes), much of it is out of date. Exploitation of the people who live around here, for sure. The female night clerk is rude - just rude.
smoking section does not work, the entire place smells like a ashtray --- there was no one in the smoking section, and it still smelled bad from 40ft away... it is a trucker haven with decent food and coffee and local tv.... definitely not a place to take the kids to eat.. the menu was kind of worthless when half the items I asked about were not available that evening. There is a daily special, so they have plenty of that avail... Terrible bathrooms, the men's room especially -- there are ash trays next to each toilet and the patrons will put out their cigarettes on the tile wall before dropping the smoke -- so burn marks on the tile walls....

Stopped in today for some coffee and saw the delicious food someone was eating so I had to try it. The meal did not disappoint and the history here was something special. I’ll be stopping here again for some more 🙂
I stopped here on the way to Eunice NM from the Baltimore area to see the eclipse. This was among the best travel stops on the journey. Breakfast was perfect and the staff wonderful. See you again in 6 months for the next eclipse!

I was pleasantly surprised by this nice little road side gas station and restaurant. I stopped by just to look around and see what it was about. I hope to visit and dine there sometime in the future
There is a convenience store and restaurant here, decent size truck parking lot. I had a burger and tots and it was pretty good and the waitress was super friendly!
