Crab Rangoon was poor not enough filling didnt taste wonderful. The spring rolls were good!. Thats why i gave them a star. Vegeteable fried rice was ok. Shrimp & Broccoli with garlic sauce its like your tasting a lot of sodium in your mouth. I ask for spicy wasn't at all spicy. Fried chicken wings i saw them carry a basin of already fried chicken wings so basically your getting is reheated fried chicken wings dipped back in the deep fryer(no fresh chicken). Awful!!!! The lady taking the orders here is very rude and Unprofessional! No one wants to eat from nasty disrespectful people. Get into another business the hospitality industry is not for you. I have been patronizing this business for years and never experienced that type of treatment. This place must be under new management. Horrible behavior! I simply walked in to pick up my order and the woman looked right pass me as if she didn't want acknowledge that I was standing there so I announced what I had ordered and ignored the gesture but she had so type of attitude as if I had personally done something to her. Her tonality was harsh and uncalled for. I started to walk out without paying but instead I paid for my order and left. Never to return!!!! Buyer beware!!!! I placed an order on 7/2/2023 for my family of exactly $44.71. When the driver gave me the food he waited there for a second and when I said “Have a great night” he had a face because I did not give him a tip. I received a notification this morning 7/4/2023 at 4:59 AM EST that my total at Bao’s Kitchen was UPDATED TO INCLUDE A TIP?! This comes TWO days after my order, they saved my information which they are NOT supposed to be doing at all! NO card number, codes, etc are supposed to be written out! They are just supposed to put it in the machine as you tell it to them and if they miss something or mess up they ask you to repeat it. They waited a little bit and tried to take my money thinking I wouldn’t catch it, but thanks to my bank notifying me I am disputing this charge. I DID NOT authorize that $2 transaction, and even though it is a small amount it is just the principal you don’t take peoples money! Now you have to think how many other people they have done this to? It would sure add up! So skip this place if you don’t want your money stolen! Side note: They also never listen to the countless times I have told them not to put onions in our food because someone in my house is allergic it’s like they put EXTRA onions every time and my relative is stuck picking them out for like 10 minutes just to eat and their “spicy” options are bland and almost tasteless.
