This restaurant was delicious. Each of the dishes we tried had excellent flavor, fair prices and good portion sizes. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area. I especially liked the fried chicken Pad Thai!

Ordered takeout for dinner and all the dishes were delicious. The chicken baos were a favorite and the pad thai special was amazing. Really authentic flavors, definitely recommend!

If you haven't tried Bao and Beyond yet, I strongly recommend you do. Very fresh and cooked to order, top notch. I've had everything on their menu a few times over, both from their food truck and also at The Maine House in Hallowell where they operate on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and everything is to die for!!!
The hostess was very informative and helpful. The food was fantastic. I went there on a whim, and I'm so glad I did. The ribs were delicious 😋

This food truck that also moonlights at The Maine House in Hallowell on Tuesdays and Wednesdays should not be missed.
Everything, and I mean everything, is spot on. The spicy Korean Fried Chicken Bao must be ordered. It checks every taste box - sweet, spicy, savory, crunchy on a soft steamed bun with crunchy pickled veg. Even if you are tempted by other options, get one of these as well.
Other highlights are the Japanese Sticky Ribs and the Korean Corn Dog. Weekly specials vary wildly from fried rice to croquettes and never disappoint.
