This small hole in the wall bakery may be the best thing in Pueblo. The cupcakes are moist with the perfect flavor, the icing delicious and not too sweet.
The donuts are soft and the perfect addition to morning coffee.
The sugar cookies are crisp and delicious with just the right amount of icing.
Don't get me started on the perfection that is the lemon poppy seed bread.
I could go on and on about the food and pastries.
Just do yourself a favor, stop in and grab a treat.

My wife placed an order for a dozen turnovers. The turnovers were amazing, per usual. The cashier was very rude and so was the lady who gave the turnovers to my wife. We placed the order a day before. We’ve never had an issue with service but whoever was working on February 15 at 10:45 am, they need to be retrained in customer service. Best bakery in town but the service that morning was horrid. I never post reviews but this needs to be brought to the owners attention. I’d hate to see this place go down hill.

Bought long john's. All they have is dark chocolate( they used to a have a milk chocolate that was amazing) and only filled ones now. Done business with them over 50 years and won't be back for anything potato rolls. Thank goodness they didn't change them. Very disappointed.

Got the Orange Cranberry bread and banana nut bread. Ended up eating the whole orange cranberry in my car before I got home. It's good. The only gripe is that it's stored at near freezing temps. It would have been better if I took it home and warmed it up. They're probably not busy enough to sell all warm stuff. Prices are really good. Came out to like $10 for both.

Banquet has the best shortbread cookies. Their customer service is great. I call in my orders and they are pleasant on the phone as well as in person.

Oooooeeee! I can't believe how I forgot how good Schuster's donuts are. Make no mistake, not a huge variety because the classics are the best.
Not a huge fan of Amy's or Hurts in CS. Too much candy, sugary, diabetic coma type icing.
We made the drive down for these amazing, donuts and sugar cookies!!!
My husband had never had them. He wants to drive down in this crazy snow to get more.
I wish we had purchasd a dozen.
Don't change a thing Schuster's.

This bakery certainly has gone downhill. Their cakes, cookies, and breads are horribly dry. It appears that they sell week old baked goods as fresh. Their hard rolls are exactly that...hard. We literally hit one with a baseball bat and it remained intact. Do yourself a favor and buy your baked goods elsewhere.
