I was in Bamboo bar last night because I like the Thai music. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. I gave the waiter 1000 baht for a drink as I had no change, the waiter normally leaves a plastic 1000 baht card, but he never came back with my change or my drink. I followed him afterwards, he went one way into the toilets and disappeared out the other way and went to hide. I explained to staff what had happened, but they took no interest. It's not so much about the money, but more about how he cheated me. I spend a lot of money in there every time I go, but now I'll never go again. Be warned, don't part with money unless they give you the plastic card

Excellent beer bar in North pattaya, well worth a visit. Friendly staff and proactive management. Good selection of drinks and very friendly atmosphere
