We had a farewell party and ordered Chantilly cake (large). It was the best chantilly cake I have had in NM. I had recently tried chantilly cake at a famous/popular bakery (chateau de chantilly) in VA and I would say it tasted as good.

A great addition to Guadalupe St food venues. This bakery turns out very delicious baked delicacies and custom cakes to order. The pictures shown are accurate, and only hide the deliciousness of the individual treats. The owner is a delightful and friendly Pastry Chef, and proudly serves her clientele with highest quality pastries. Highly recommend this new neighborhood gem!!!

A MUST VISIT! The owner is a gem and the baked goods are to die for. Her prices are also sooooo cheap, especially for the area and the quality. The red velvet cake is the best I’ve had in years, she uses espresso in it which adds another depth of flavor. I rarely write reviews but this business deserves it 100%. Thank you for the great conversion and service every time :)

Molly created my dream cakes for my wedding in 2022. I still think about it to this day. It was classic, beautiful and so delicious! Guests were raving! Molly went above and beyond to even surprise my husband with his favorite cake for a groom’s cake. We also love Molly’s other treats - her cookie cake cannot be beat!
