I bought a cheese sosej and two whole chicken frm your store on Wednesday Jan 17th, 2024. Around lunch hour. Brought back and straight into the fridge. Today when i took it out for reheating, the Blck Ppr chicken seems odd. Looks like it has been cut in half & the bishops nose is missing. Sad cause i have always shop at your store but never have i met with this problem before. Unfortunate for me cause i cant seem to find the receipt. Took a short vd as a proof. But without the receipt???

Clean & tidy shop and very comfortable.
Variety of choices of cakes, pastries etc.
Easy parking and side by side with 7E, retail shop, clinic and boutique and restaurant.
Reasonable prices for choices.
Delicious and good for any events for gifts.

My wife like to shop here although most items seem a bit pricy if compared to other shops, but you can be happy if everything you need can be found here.

Service was very bad at Bakers Cottage Sg Udang Melaka. Me and my brother only want to buy a cake for mother's day. Got 3 staff last night at shop but when I entered the shop, 2 staff was busy at cashier chit chatting to each other and acting very annoying when we want to purchase a cake on the display only. After a while, got another 1 staff coming out and said it loudly "nak apa ya! " and another staff continue saying "cash je boleh!". Never experienced this before at Baker Cottage Bandar Melaka and even the staff at Bandar Melaka are very good. They greet people when customer enter the shop and treat customer nicely.

You can enjoy either the pastries or chicken rice. Everything is delicious. And the chicken rice set comes with free flow soft drinks.

One of my favourite place to buy roasted chicken. Other than that, you can buy pastries and cakes. Reasonable price.

Datang sini at least twice a week,beli roasted chicken,egg tart,popcorn chicken,their donuts very delicious,soft and worth the price.
