Fav place. From bbq chicken to bread n cake, all are good. Price is reasonable with some promo that have. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 1–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes BBQ Chicken

Staff not friendly, served customer without smile face & talk in flat tone. Rude staff! 😡 Never say thank you. Hope the manager take action with this bad attitude and bring all your staff go to customer service training.

I have ordered the “popular” American chocolate cake from foodpanda. Once received and realised that the cake is spoiled even though it haven’t reached the expiry date yet!! But the seller has been agreed to exchange a new cake in the end after 15 minutes negotiation. Also, no cutlery provided. Please ensure the quality before send out the cake to customers. Besides, it shows discount 15%off for pro users in foodpanda. However, the price still remain the same when I billed. Hence, please remove it if don’t have.

I went to claim my roast chicken today with a voucher which I bought from Big Pharmacy, seems like the staff there are not so friendly, they served me and another customer without smile and talked in flat tone, the face also had shown a bit impatient.

Please provide ice pack together when u send out the cakes through delivery services if the cake is easily spoiled.
