Long wait for loading 3-4 hours
Corporate: I recommend investigating your general manager TAMPA, Jeff Andersen. A BakeMark truck caused significant damage to one of our retail properties in Haines City in December 2023. We tried to reach out cordially, but all calls were never responded to. We have video evidence from numerous cameras showing damage done, and a police report was filed. Mr. Andersen states he is unaware of the situation, but it states in the police report that the officer spoke with Mr. Andersen about the incident. Details in the police report provide evidence that Mr. Andersen LIED TO THE OFFICER. Our attorneys have made contact and we will be filing a lawsuit this week if this is not resolved immediately. Consumers: If Mr. Andersen is a reflection of this company, be VERY CONCERNED. Should you have any issue, I would not be surprised if they don't resolve it.
Long wait to get unloaded. I brought (paper product). The layout of the facility really is inadequate for the amount of traffic they receive. People I interacted with were all friendly and professional. Plus, it was easy to find. 2hr max parking on the street, though.

This message is directed to the owners and management of this location: I please ask you to have a little bit more consideration for the drivers that keep you guys in business, I been here many times and many times, I been rejected for being a little late. You guys don’t realize how much damage you guys impose on us drivers, rejecting our loads just because we are a few minutes late when we been driving for hundreds of tired miles, we lose time, we spend more money on food, we lose of making a better income for our families, we are away from our families longer time, the company loses money, we waste more diesel and more damaging for the environment, it’s devastating for a lot of people what you guys do that !! Many of those times it has not been that busy with door available and lumpers setting around. The solution is very simple, unload us later, work us in, lumpers make more money, your product is available and more fresh, at the worst charge us a late fee, but PLEASE don’t let us out in the streets any more.

Wow, I'm with my husband who drives a truck and I'm blown away. The area where the trucks come and go is awful. They should widen it. They make the drivers turn around if they don't have the info or if the plant isn't ready for them yet. Its a pain for them to get turned around.

This is one of the worst places to deliver a load 4 hours. They don’t even have a public restroom they say have a porter potty but oh man it’s not good. I’m surprised that this company is a baking company I think someone from city should come and inspect this place. No good I would give them a zero for over all experience don’t come here
DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! They do not care about the well-being of the employees. They made a loyal employee of over 30 years(who was the oldest and just back from HEART medical leave) work alone loading delivery trucks during the pandemic. Disgusting, no compassion!

Seriously bad this place,strongly suggest not to come for delivery, my appointment was 5:30am and I checked in at 5:15am can’t find in the List ,and I check in at office 6am again, it was another truck had same P.O number like me his appointment was 8am ,receiving guy said if he don’t show up at 8am they gonna unload us if not can’t tell when is our turn , I’m not sure whose fault,this is the BROKER NAME AND COMPANY NAME GRAVITY CARGO(FREIGHT BROKERAGE) Beware if you are work with them ,I will lose $1550 on next pick up load and deliver next day ,

An awful place. The company values profit over the well-being of their employees. Many people are overworked and communication between departments in awful. It took HR over two whole weeks to respond to a simple request like giving someone a visitor's pass, so I've lost any good-faith in management.
Horrible place to deliver, terrible attitude, not helpful , the delivery appointment was for today 8am and they said i have it for tomorrow at 1230 , then i was sent to another warehouse to deliver this load and they also said no, went back to this place because they told the broker they were waiting for this load and now they’re telling me I need to reschedule because I don’t have an appointment (didn’t they say I have an appointment for tomorrow when I first came in?) They don’t even know what their doing and not even trying to do something to help. Been there 3 times and it’s been difficult to deliver but this time was horrible..
