I ordered pretzels from Bakehaus for an Oktoberfest celebration and had a wonderful experience. Staff members worked closely with me throughout the process and the food itself was delicious. Thank you!

Great bakery in downtown Belmont! Easy to get to walking, via the bus, or by car - there's a decent amount of parking spots nearby. In addition to the inside seating, there's outside tables for when the weather is nice. The theme is German/Dutch food, so the food items reflect that. There's stroopwaffels and schnitzels available, along with standard American breakfast items as well. The pricing is also average for the area, which makes this a quaint and wonderful café to check out ! Cannot wait to come back.
My family and I love this place. But, holy s*#%... whoever took over making the biscuits, please visit the southern US for reference. They used to be solid, now it's like eating a Nature Valley granola bar - dry and insanely crumbly. Otherwise, love yall EDIT: PERFECT BISCUITS NOW - THANK YOU BAKEHAUS
A little cafe/bakery that gives you the warm, local welcome. The menu has a great selection of quick breakfast items like croissants, muffins, and breakfast sandwiches (the Angry Amy is a must try). They also have lunch items, although I haven't tried that yet. Coffee is good and has some seating to catch up with an old friend or casual date. They often have outdoor seating in the summer time too. Would recommend!
Delicious pastries, breakfast items wonderful German specialties including pork and chicken schnitzel ; curry wurst and bratwurst. A true amenity for Cushing Square with friendly staff
