Baja Grill did an outstanding job catering for our work team of 260 employees, out in the field. The food was wonderful and so was the service. We were highly impressed with their efficiency in getting everyone served in a timely manner. I highly recommend Baja Groll for catering. Even though the food tastes good, sometimes their portions are too small. especially in their meats plates. We.got El Comal plate and the beef was about 2x2 inches and the thickness was about 1/8. More attention should be put in their servings. It seems they become overwhelmed when they have a full house and quality and quantity are thrown out the window. A restaurant should have consistency in flavor, portions and attention to customer.
