I have been a frequent visitor to Bagel Talk ever since they have opened. I can say without a doubt they are the best place for bagels and other types of food in Old Bridge and surrounding areas.The staff is friendly and courteous, most of the time you're addressed by your first name.The athmosphere is pleasant and the inside dining facilities are kept very clean by the staff.
One employee I should mention Paco, he is an incredible worker. Very dedicated and sometimes does the job of three people. He is a definite asset to the store and hopefully management recognizes his work ethnic and keeps him employed for a long time.

It’s really unfortunate when stores like this give you a poor experience. There’s no reason why I should walk in, no one else is in the store or on the line, and the only employee at the register blatantly acts like he doesn’t see me standing in front of him, while he finishes texting on his phone. I waited about an entire minute before he asked me for my order while quite literally standing in front of him patiently because he was busy texting. That’s just so unprofessional. I called back to give some slight criticism and let them know that’s not a good way to treat customers, but because I was on hold for over 5 minutes, I decided I’ll just leave a review. For good service and good food, just make your way over to Bagel Boy on 516.

I just ate at bagel talk and while I was waiting for my order the guy behind the counter told yelled
to me sit down and sit down I'll call your number I said you mind if I stand. He said it's not McDonald's. I said okay I've been standing here waiting. Then he kind of threw the item on the counter without looking at me. This guy is always rude and should not be working in the service industry

Picked up a too good to go order and then wanted to buy cream cheese. Didn’t realize until after but they charged me $10 for one small plain cream cheese and one scallion cream cheese as a “custom item”. Don’t trust them now

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a roll basically they threw it in a box and the sandwich wasn’t even put together, the eggs were over easy and there was more egg yolk in the box than the sandwich. 0/5. Cheese wasn’t melted, bacon burnt to high hell. Looked the the left over scraps . Staff was rude.

Pork Roll Eggs and Cheese
Every time I go here and order anything from here, this happens. The ticket clearly says onion and green peppers, but I guess that means charge me for them and don't put them on my wrap. I avoid this bagel shop.
The omelette platter I ordered was delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Plus, fresh coffee is always being prepared. The staff members were friendly and I’d highly recommend this bagel store to anyone looking for a delightful breakfast or a quick pick-me-up. I will be returning soon! Also, I picked up their potato salad to go. A perfect addition to my dinners later in the day
Honestly you’d make a meal better at home. Insects flying everywhere might as well eat at a barn (Health inspector needed) simply couldn’t enjoy the popular jersey breakfast burrito which was not at all special to me once eating it. Staff are just a bunch of kids who have no clue what it takes to cook food their also was an employees mom present at the time telling and yelling at him how to work hahaha telling him he can’t work certain days too haha. Coffee was the only thing I enjoyed even tho that was not hot more warm up if anything.. I believe NJ is the state with no taste when it comes to food hospital food is better than this. Perhaps the owner should take matters into his or her own hands and cook and clean themselves cause your staff ain’t doing it.
