I recently had the pleasure of dining at Back Table in The Woodlands, and I must say it was an extraordinary culinary experience. The ambiance, service, and most importantly, the food, all contributed to a memorable evening. Chef Ivan's attention to detail and creative flair truly set this restaurant apart. My favorite dish was the Pork Chop with an amazing jalapeno-pineapple bourbon jelly! The menu at Back Table is a testament to Chef Ivan Rodriguez's dedication to using fresh, high-quality ingredients. The service was impeccable, with a knowledgeable and friendly staff eager to enhance our dining experience. Overall, Back Table in The Woodlands, under the culinary direction of Chef Ivan, is a gem that should not be missed. The combination of a welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service, and outstanding cuisine makes it a standout dining destination. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is a great happy hour location. Ice cold beer and some specialty drinks. Their oyster special is one of the better ones in the woodlands. The Brussels sprouts are really good and prepared in a glaze that adds flavor to the mini cabbages. I own a local balloon company @atirela. I was hired to set up balloons, marquee rentals and a beautiful backdrop for a 40th birthday celebration. The place is very nice, there was live music, without a doubt the atmosphere was great. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I can’t wait to be back again. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Made a reservation for 11 at 5pm on a Saturday for my husband’s birthday celebration. The waitress was pleasant and attentive to our needs and the place was clean. The food was a hit and a miss. The Pork Belly with fried onion was good but the meat was a little on the dry side. My husband really liked his steak and asparagus and the chicken and purée sweet potato was good. The appetizers were really good. The drink was tasty but a little pricey. The short ribs were returned for a refund because it tasted like a bowl of grease. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Recommended dishes Truffle & Crab Deviled Eggs
After my first visit to the restaurant, I decided to celebrate my 31st birthday here, and it was the perfect choice. I loved the special touch in the menu. I want to sincerely thank Rebekah and Rene for their valuable attention. 10/10 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Food and service were good. My 10 year old son saif the chicken fingers were the best he has ever had. That is high praise from my little boy (he survives on chicken fingers) Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great cocktails hands down! Service was excellent. Place was nice, clean, and looking out the golf course was a plus. Appetizers were awesome! You can taste them truffles in those deviled eggs. 🤤 Sadly, fish was dry and can't really taste that lemon butter on the polenta. Will be back but just for drinks and appetizers at the bar on a chill afternoon with my wife. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50
We were visiting the Woodlands looking for a dog friendly breakfast spot. It’s very peaceful outside. The food was absolutely delicious! We got a la carte though they had a buffet available too. The lemon ricotta crepes are light and taste great. The crab cake sardou was pretty light too considering the hollandaise sauce. It was perfect. Omg! This little hidden gem is soooooo nice. It’s clean, perfect for a little time with your friends or significant other. The food is delish. Every dish we tried was very flavorful and the portions are perfect. I’m a fan. The staff was accommodating and prompt with service and tending to us. The woodland resort is BEAUTIFUL and if you visit you MUST try the Back Table kitchen & bar. We had the Fried Chicken & Waffles, Old Charleston Shrimp & Sweet Corn Cakes (my fave) Mushroom Toast, Fish & Chips & Dragon Bowl! All were really good!
Food and drinks were good. Staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
