Had a to go order and it was great only issue I had was the wait had it called in an hour ahead of time and saw the kitchen staff place the order on the pickup shelf and waited 15 minutes until I asked the hostes about my order before I got my order. I received the wrong order through drive thru. It was too late to do anything during my lunch hour but I returned before they closed and they were happy and willing to make me a fresh sandwich and were so thankful for how I handled it! Anyone can make a mistake and why wouldn’t I go back to ask for a fresh sandwich? They’re DELICIOUS! And they didn’t hesitate! They were all so nice and I just wanted to show my appreciation! Such a lovely cafe! We had 2 different bagel sandwiches and they were fresh, delicious, and plentiful. The staff was friendly and the prices seemed reasonable for such fresh and well-prepared food.
