My son went here and ordered 3 egg bagels with cream cheese. The worker neglected to inform my son that they only had jalapeño egg bagels at the time, but gave them to him anyway. As soon as he found out, he informed them he didn’t order and/or want jalapeño egg bagels. The server was completely rude about the situation, refused to change the order or give him his money back. Poor customer service…not going back. Greasy bagel places are a dime a dozen, need exceptional customer service or else why would you go back. They lost a weekly customer as my son would go every Saturday after a class nearby.
This place is the only bagel place that my daughter will eat bagels from but besides their bagels , they have the most delicious chicken and tuna salad! Today I tried the stuffed cabbage and omg, it was outstanding!!! I’m so glad they make these each weekend because I’ll be coming back for them!! Yummmm!

First time here and on walk-in I was immediately impressed with the decor. The light colors give the entire space a pleasant atmosphere. I think you can order directly with someone at the register, but I loved the kiosk set up for you to do this yourself. It eliminated any embarrassment with requesting something like a medium over easy egg out loud, and makes your order completely private. You then take the receipt up to the main counter to complete the purchase. I ordered a Pork-Roll, Egg and Cheese with Salt, Pepper, Ketchup & a sliced Tomato on a Poppy Seed Bagel. When I went up to pay, I was kindly informed they were out of Poppy, so I opted for the Sesame instead. It wasn’t until I finally bit into my breakfast sandwich that I realized why most of the baskets of bagels were nearly empty….the bagel alone was MAGNIFICENT! It had a nice crust and soft inside. It wasn’t overly filled, nor skimpy. Plus, it was served in a platter tray Ruben style (open face). I didn’t know what to think of this, but I LOVED IT. I shared the one half with my wife, and it was like we got two sandwiches for the price of one! Both had equal amounts of my order and it was deliciously, hot and fresh. They have really cool shirts for 15.99, too. Personally, I love having shirts like this because I use them for around the house work, pajamas and/or quick errands. Overall, I can’t wait to come back next week. I don’t live nearby, but I have to return to this area next week one last time and I’m going to make a pit stop here. I just finished my bagel creating this review and I’m tempted to go right now and get another! So good! Thank you Baba’s Bagel, you have another satisfied customer. Keep up the good work!

Best place in the area. Each plate we ordered was absolutely on point. We ordered middle eastern dishes which is koshery, stuffed cabbage with rice, and béchamel pasta. The family atmosphere and the service was excellent. This will become one of my favorite places to go to.

11/10 - Best bagels by far. The quality is unmatched. Bagels are always so fresh and fluffy, never tough to chew — literally no matter what time of day you come you can expect that freshness. The entire family works together and are so friendly and extremely personable. Very hard working, you never see them stop moving. Our new favorite bagel spot.

My go to spot (for 5 years) ran out of bagels so I Googled and found this place. Bagel is huge, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Outstanding quality! They put twice as much pork roll on my sandwich as my (now) former bagel spot. Extremely friendly service! 5.0 for me!

Great bagels! We dropped in for 6 bagels and they were nice and crispy on the outside and light and chewy on the inside. These just became our favorite in the area.
4 people working, no one else in the restaurant, took at least 5 minutes for me to see someone move from behind the counter to start working on my one sandwich.
Watched three people make chicken salad.
I type this as I stand here. I’ll update only if the food makes it worth it to come back.
Also they charge for both credit and debit cards as an FYI.
Update; fries were great and sandwich was okay. It would be a while before I come back.
This is my second time at this shop. I wanted to support them, they’re a local business and they just opened. I have to say, unlike a few commenters below, I haven’t had any rude experiences with the staff. They’ve always been super friendly and kind. Though, I just admit there is something in the operations that isn’t giving customers consistency. Last time, my bagel was a bit too chewy but overall a solid 9/10. However, my second visit the bagel was NOT baked enough on the outside. The whole thing was chewy, like one you’d get from the supermarket. It was also a little pricey, about $5 for a bagel with cream cheese but I understand the price and am not deterred if the quality is good. I’m still going to go there, but just hoping as they’re working out the kinks, things will get better.
My husband went in to order a dozen bagels and try these for the first time. He was so impressed with the friendliness of this family owned business. He received a free cup of coffee and 2 extra bagels as a first time customer. The bagels were warm and delicious and bagel lovers in the area will be so happy!!! They also have Boars Head! The menu is extensive and they have a Mediterranean feel. Enjoy!
