What a lovely little gem!! Beautiful shop!! Friendly service. Beautiful decor! The most amazing baked cheesecake I have ever tasted! Their salt and caramel vanilla cake is also devine. In general a good, intimate typical "french cafè" feel. Beautiful and unique artifacts on sale and in an area that's safe. I don't know where the Baard comes from, because I was the only thing close to a Baard 😋🙂 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person R 250–300 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Sourdough Bread

We went to buy sourdough bread which was R150. Paid for it and it was flat like a pancake. So I overlooked this when the waitress kindly made my kids a free small sample frappe. We ordered coffee opened it up to drink in the car and it was terrible. The cappuccino was literally white, the americano tasted like water. It feels like they were making singles when it should have been double shots. Terribly disappointed. R260 later and I feel robbed. This stunning little coffee shop just screams style and taste. Good coffee although the sandwich was just average. Next time i will try the pastries and cakes. Service was average and one would expect more passion from the waiter. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person R 100–150 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Bröchen Rolls
