Went there with my autistic 6 year old and 2 friends last night. After about 20 minutes of waiting the waitress showed up for our food and drink order. We all ordered drinks and food. When she brought the drinks 15 minutes later she gave everyone their drink except me. They were busy so I just let it go. 45 minutes later she brings our food. Once again, everyone got their food except for me. I assumed that it just wasn't ready yet but after about 15 minutes we kept trying to wave her down to no avail. Finally she came to give us our checks (about 15 minutes after everyone was done eating) I told her I never got my order and she said oh, what did you have? I told her that everyone was done eating now and it was too late to put it in and she says "oh so you don't want it anyways." And then walks away. No apology or anything. We spent a total of an hour and a half there and she stopped at our table only 3 times. I cannot think of any reason why everyone except me would have been served. Very well designed atmosphere and architecture inside. There is a large room upstairs for private gatherings. The service was wonderful and the food was great. Fresh ingredients and flavorful options. The food comes out with minimal spice however you can always tailor to your preferred level of heat. Great place in downtown Leavenworth. Plenty of seating and the staff is good too. The prices are great and you won’t leave hungry. Our server told us the food would take longer than normal but it came out reasonably fast. The food was awesome too! Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was really surprised by how nice the restaurant looked! Lots of seats and although they had lots of people picking up to go orders it wasn’t super busy with dine ins. Our food came quickly and was good. Our waitress was kind but a bit pushy. Our 2.5 year old loves having a menu and “reading” it like we do. She came over and took it out of his hands saying babies no menu. I said he likes to read it. She said again babies no menu at which point I said he may have a menu please give it back and she did but was visibly unhappy. We ordered our food and she stated it’s hot what will the kids eat. I said they will share with us. She said but it’s hot and I said they like hot. She kind of huffed and walked off and only came back to give us our food. This was our first dinner takeout meal from Leavenworth and Baan Thai did not disappoint. We ordered 3 main dishes: Pad Thai, Pineapple Fried Rice, and Pad Preaw Paan (sweet & sour), and the crab rangoons. These were the some of the best rangoons I've ever had between Seattle and here! The sauce was exceptional, the flavor was on point, and they were cooked perfectly. The other three dishes were delicious as well. I'm had we chose Baan Thai for our first meal here.
