客戶指定的餐廳，位於交通主幹道旁，車流量也很大量，不過停車很方便，除了路邊車格很多，店家前也可停車，位置相當夠，故過當天是晚間去，已過交通高峰時期，不確定交通高峰期會部會影響停車。餐館規模很大，也挺乾淨的，桌上加了炭火的鍋爐，別有一般香味，薑母鴨味道濃厚，但沒有薑母的刺激，湯頭隨著濃厚的滑入順口，鴨肉很嫩，和我平常吃到的鴨肉不同，鴨肝味道很好吃，口感綿密，搭著醬汁很讚；麵線是薑母鴨SOP的起手式，不吃麵線總少了一味，霸味的油蔥又脆又香又滑嫩。服務很好，但當天人不太多，可以帶狗狗放在推車裡，但還是不建議帶寵物，畢竟對狗狗而言，那麼香又不能吃東西，有點痛苦。霸味薑母鴨餐廳地方大，位置也很多，又適合聊天，天冷時吃一點暖暖身，非常適合朋友與家人一起作為用餐之處。
