We've been coming here since they opened. These guys have absolutely figured it out. Comfort food, large portions, very well executed with great service. Good bloody Marys or a beer if you're looking and everything from a vast breakfast menu to burgers and some unique finds. Definitely come through. I will start by saying I ordered the home fries and my dad ordered the Chicken Fried Steak. We got our food very shortly after we ordered it at about 15 minutes. The food was not good at all, my dads Chicken Fried Steak was mostly fat. The Home Fries was suppose to be red potatoes, onions, scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, and cheese, but what I got was red potatoes and ham. We called B3 up and they remade my food for me, they were super nice and apologetic, the manager even personally apologized to me and explained what happened and how they were going to fix it, so in my eyes service is definitely not the issue. When I got home I went to eat it and it the food was very bland and not worth the insanely high price. I do hope they get better because it is a nice place and the servers are great, but maybe the cooks just had an off day and the food is usually great, but my experience was very undesirable. Incredible Hash is aptly named! Spectacular breakfast, be sure to bring your appetite! We were leaving town after a long weekend, and stopped to fuel up before driving. What a find - this place is great all around. Busy but not too noisy, and still the food came out in a reasonable time. Best breakfast / brunch at a restaurant I have had in a long time. We were in the area and wanted to get breakfast/brunch but didn't want to go to the nearby IHOP or Dennys. Overall we like the place but here's the pros and cons, will rate out of 5 stars. What I ordered: BBQ burger Traditional omelette Mickey Mouse pancakes to go Pros: 1. Food quality and taste is very good. I would rate this 4 stars overall. My son ordered a BBQ burger with fries and he loved it, he gave it a 5. There was definitely a lot of meat in there and their shoestring fries are delicious. He loved his orange juice. Not sure if it was freshed squeezed because it was over $5 for a small glass. I ordered the traditional omelette with potatoes and English muffin. Again lots of meat and lots of potatoes but I didn't think it was amazing. For me i would give it 3.5 for their omelette. Not going to rate the Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes since to go food never tastes as good as eating there. 2. Cleanliness I would rate 5 stars. Place is really clean, no musty smell like I've experienced with other breakfast joints. I didn't use the restrooms but my son said it was clean. 3. Atmosphere I would give it a 5. Bright with plenty of windows. Nothing special which is what I like. Just a simple place to get breakfast. 4. Cost is a 4. Each meal is around $17 to $20 which I think is good for the times. 5. Service is a 4. They checked up on us several times and the waitress was nice even though we were seated in the corner. Cons: 1. Parking is a 3. Even though there seemed like there would be enough parking we had to drive elsewhere (couple plazas away) and walk to the place. 2. Location is 3 stars. There's a median in the middle of the busy road so you can't turn left. Which is normally fine and understandable but the overflow parking lot is left. So basically you'll have to make a u-turn or drive around. 3. Price. This is a pro and con for me. I felt like kids meal for $10 and $5.50 for a small glass of orange juice seems like a lot. Overall I like the place and will try the place again if we are in the area and want breakfast. Someone ordered onion rings next to us and it looked good. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes King Chicken Burger

Cute little spot in Lynnwood! Smaller than I imagined but had no issues getting a table around 12:30pm. All tables are first come, first serve. Service was great and timely, food does take a bit to come out but it is clear it is being made to order and fresh when you get it. I got the ‘famous combo’ and a side of homefries. Their portions are very generous, I swear the side of homefries was 2-3 lbs of potatoes and were amazing! Will definitely be back for brunch! Food was tasty and portions were big. I got the crab Benedict but was a bit disappointed that there was barely any crab on there. Loved the hollandaise sauce though. It was a Sunday so it was pretty busy, but I didn't appreciate the waitress rushing us out.

This is the 2nd time we’ve had breakfast here and both times it was delicious. I’m an eggs Benedict fan and I had a slice of tomato and avocado added to mine. The ham was a nice sized slice with great flavor. Hubby did biscuits with sausage gravy and was completely satisfied Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast
