I have been here several times before closing to find the person working had already completely closed service. 15-10 minutes before the closing time on the door. Either change your hours or make sure your staff don't shutdown before closing time.
You were already closed at 1:50pm that day when you say you are open until 3pm.
In order to just get coffee, you have to go wait in the line to enter the restaurant area and wait for a table along with the people who are there for sit down food. That is what I was told by the staff there. It's not a place where I can easily enjoy a cup of coffee. Next time, lock your door if you are closing early.

Coffee shop closes at 2pm (despite what the owner claims in the response - it says 2pm on their door!!) and you enter at 1:50 and it's already closed. If you don't want to work until 2pm then please change your hours and don't lie to me. Not the first time this happened either.
Such a cute place! We stopped in for coffee and the barista recommended the pumpkin spice latte and it was delicious! Great place, great crew.
