Extremely Delicious Mexican-Style Breakfast!
I came in for the first time and had an old fashioned style of breakfast but took home a signature Mexican omelette. This place is a real gem downtown! I loved the food, the atmosphere felt so comfortable and I really enjoyed how kind everyone was. I highly recommend giving them a try. Not many places specialize in Mexican style breakfast, it's Soooo good!

Probably me & my wife's favorite breakfast place in Prescott. Portions & pricing are great. The food is always excellent. It is small & sometimes you have to wait, but it is worth it and just adds to the great atmosphere!

Corned Beef Hash
Food—very good (4). Family friendly? No. Try to bring a newborn in a stroller into this place and be ready to be glared at by Courtney (server) and told that you’re in the way. It’s true that the space is small, but they won’t seat you til your entire party arrives, so if there were a table available against the wall where strollers would be out of the way, you cant save it.
Honestly, business is good for b simple, so this review probably means nothing to them. It’s disappointing as a new parent that I can’t eat at the restaurant I used to really enjoy. Also, no changing table in the bathroom also communicates the same message clearly: don’t come here with your young children.
Very cozy, small place with wonderful service and tasty food. The prices were affordable and service was quick. Biscuits and gravy, and definitely try their jam. Everything seemed fresh including tomatoes, guacamole, biscuits.

We had a great time at B.Simple. The food was great and the portions were huge! The other reviews are spot on and the biscuits and gravy were phenomenal. The staff was all very upbeat and in a great mood. That really made the whole experience much better. Felt right at home for the duration of our meal. Don’t forget to try the fresh made jams; they are out of this world.

This place if in Prescott, I would add to your list. Cute little diner or some would say Hole in the wall. The staff was wonderful. Bri makes fresh jam every morning. Their butter griddled biscuits were delicious. Fresh made hash browns which they call butter browns. Pricing was very reasonable. Portion sizes were filling. Only open Wed-Sunday 7am-1pm. Definitely will go again if ever back in Prescott.

Wow. What an incredible brunch! It took a little while to get in and there aren't any sitting places to wait, but that's no big deal because once you get in and sit down you're in for a treat.
Really wonderful service from our very friendly and hard working server. The food was out of this world tasty. Portions were enormous, flavors were on point, and everything was cooked to perfection.
Can't say enough about this place. Next time we're in Prescott I'm going to need to stop by again.
Just one heads up: don't come late! Some of their most popular foods sometimes sell out and we watched them turn a few folks away at the door despite it not being quite closing time. So come early and you'll regret nothing.

Love this place. Homemade food. Always busy, which is a good sign. The biscuits are skillet made which is cool and different. The gravy is not your usual breakfast gravy. Has a chicken flavor to it which is a nice difference for breakfast. So cute.

This place is absolutely phenomenal! With Prescott being the new official Christmas town this place is the perfect spot by the square to grab breakfast! They have homemade biscuits and jam! The green and red Chile sauces are so amazing! Anytime your in town this is a place to check out. They also will be starting to serve dinner on select days!
