The atmosphere was lovely, they had a musician playing which was nice. The chips were thin and fresh and crispy. I ordered shrimp with peppers and onions and it was so delicious. Azul is my "go to" place for authentic Mexican food. They had power during recent storm. Azul opens at 11 am so I was there at 11:03 and ordered Huevos Rancheros for breakfast. WOW! It is so good I dream about it! Always start with my go to Pollo en Crema! I can’t remember the type of cheese she says she uses, but NO ONE else makes it like she does!
