Everything was amazing! Went there my for our anniversary. We share the duck meat flat bread and I order the lamb (OMG! Tender as heck and the flavor is wow!) It comes with fresh greens and chickpeas...what a combination! My husband gets the pork chop..pricey..yet the flavor and tenderness of the pork is a taste like no other! Even the fat on the chop is good! Attentive and courteous wait staff and food is made at the time of order! Nice place for couples and even a better place for groups. Food is served in dishes that are meant to served in group. So order plenty and pass that delicious dish to the next person. You will enjoy all and even pick your favorites. Highly recommended! My childhood friends and I meet up once a month for an outing, and after some searching we decided to dine-in at Autre Monde. The food, the service, and the atmosphere of the restaurant were all great. Also, for what you get in service and food, this place is not expensive. The quality of the dishes easily match high end restaurants in Chicago. Will definitely visit several times again in the future. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One of the best restaurant in the near west suburbs. The food is a multi national Mediterranean vibe with tapas mezze appetizers, bread served in charming Spanish tuna tins and entrees that are tasty and beautifully prepared. The night I dined I had the steak frites and they were not shy about applying salt to those wonderful potatoes. The crispy pork belly is definitely not to be missed along with the desserts. The menus change often so show up often. There was a diverse mix of people that dined that night and is family friendly with a neighborhood feel and is a posh establishment without being pretentious. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable about the restaurant, what it produces and they genuinely seem to enjoy being there.
Delicious food, attentive service and fun cocktails. Environment is a little loud, but all of the other positives outweigh that. I recommend the Duck Sausage Flatbread, Roman Gnocchi, Croquets and Chimmichurri Pork Belly. But really everything we ordered was great. Had an amazing time celebrating my birthday there. What a special gem in Berwyn! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Pork Belly Pintxos

We came here for the first time 2 months ago. Had such a wonderful experience we decided to try it again before writing a review. The 2nd visit was just as excellent. The menu is selective and well curated. The cocktails are clever and the wine list is diverse but not overwhelming. The food is comparible to some of the greatest in the city, at a much more approachable price point. An open-minded flavor palette would serve any visitor well, as their selections are creative and bold, and absolutely delicious. The service is helpful, warm and unpretentious. It's clear they take pride in their product. A true gem just west of the city ... easily accessible to city dwellers and suburbanites alike. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Pros: good food (for the most part) and service Cons: kinda pricey, limited menu, small portion size, tables are too close together The falafel fried shrimp was good but at $18 a dish, it was really appetizer size (3 jumbo but not collassol size shrimp) and not a dish. Lamb shoulder was good but was again another small plate. Duck sausage flatbread was tasty and good in size. Messa platter was decent. Dessert - hazelnut pudding - was okay (it was like hazelnut Nutella). Tables were really close together, but service was pretty good.

I must say they is a great restaurant, I would have never found it or just go to it on my own if it wasn't for a friend. After 2yrs of talking about it we finally went. We ordered a lot of food but it was good. Food was great I had the steak but it really just tasted like a bland hamburger with no buns or pre seasoning. Atmosphere was nice and romantic. Our waiter could have been friendlier I let him know twice this was our first time there and just ignored the fact. I then asked for recommendations as a friend referred us and he didn't seem to enthusiastic to share. I really likes the chef or the guy that brought us our food he was more attentive than the waiter we had to tip him separately bc the 1st guys kinda sucked especially since it seemed he didn't care so much or maybe it was his off day idk but overall great place. In house pita and hummus was my favorite!

Consistently a fabulous meal. This is a must stop for anyone that enjoys a great meal with a great atmosphere. There is a reason this restaurant is on all the top suburban lists. The service is top notch and the menu is somewhat unique and awesome. White asparagus, rabbit pasta, pork chops, steak, etc. everything was incredible. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
