Seriously, it's the best German food we have ever had. This totally unassuming little spot has a huge beer list. I got the Autobahn Brat - Bratwurst on brotchen with sauerkraut, ground mustard, and Mama's peppers pickled in oil. It was phenomenal. He got the weekend special - Weisswurst beer braised with onion gravy, mashed potatoes, and mushroom soup. He was exceptionally happy as well. Everything was well seasoning and fresh made. The lovely lady who served us was so happy and polite. The restaurant is not super big, but there is plenty of room for a group or just a table for two. The flight pours are generous and prices are reasonable. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town. Tonys Movers

Small unassuming place right on main strip in Lincoln city. The food is authentic German and is fantasticly good. There were 3 of us so I got to tryv3 dishes. Every one was great. I don't know the ladies name, I assume she is either the owner or manager. Great service. Highly recommended. I went with the Don Burger and it was amazing! I always go for the unique burger on the menu and I’ve had many that are similar to the Don. But I will tell you, this one is on point. Well balanced and full flavor all the way through. The service was friendly and gave me that mom and pop feel.. I will definitely be back. This place was a gem on a busy weekend when every restaurant was crowded. Being of German descent, this restaurant caught my eye and I instantly wanted to give it a shot. My mother used to cook German food growing up but I haven't had it for 20 plus years... This place really nailed it. The people who own it I believe are from the Ukraine, but that really didn't change anything. The food was fantastic! Our table ordered the Bavarian burger with German warm potato salad which I honestly was one of the best burgers I've ever had personally. We had the Schnitzel and Potato Balls and Spatzle with brown gravy. I didn't get to try the potato pancakes!! We were personally served by a lovely European woman who was friendly and prompt.
