Cafetería donde disfrutar del café Costa en el centro de Tromsø, justo al lado de la Biblioteca 📚 y Archivos Municipales de Tromsø. Ambiente relajado con música de fondo y amplio horario para lo que es Noruega, ya que cierra a las 21,30 h. Los precios, pues acordes con el país, por ejemplo un café con leche 52 NOK! ☕️ 😊
