Now, the pretzels and food here is really good, no denying that. However, I came here for a cinnamon roll, and it was cold and you can tell it wasn't fresh. I'm pretty sure this place is more focused on their pretzels rather than the Cinnabon, and I'm all for not wasting food (meaning I don't think the batches should get thrown away frequently). I'm just suggesting to keep them in a better warmer or even warm them up right before serving if they've been left out for a while. No complaints on the flavor though. I went home to microwave it, and it was so good!

Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Nuggets Bucket
Pathetic. Refused to cut a pretzel in half due to "cross contamination". Guess they don't know how to wash their utensils. Stale pretzel dog. No mini pretzels. A laughably sad example of the franchise.
An employee of this location told me that the Mainplace location in Santa Ana is gone forever; I grew up with that stand. I love it and miss it, but hey this new location is better than I remembered. The original pretzel and lemonade duo are simply irresistible.
So disappointed! I love Auntie Anne's! And was really looking forward to this location near me, but the last two times I've been there the pretzels and pretzel dogs weren't nearly as good as they use to be. It seems like they changed the recipe!! ☹️
