Went to the Cinnabon/Carvel/Auntie Anne’s today and was a bit disappointed. The actual rolls were good, but many of the workers had there mask pulled down below their nose, which is not ok. On the menu they display that they have different packs. A 4 pack and 6 pack of cinnamon rolls. They were $16 for the 6 pack when one roll was $5. So we ordered the 6 pack and the workers told us they don’t “do” the packs. Then why do you display them? It makes no sense.
The pretzel bites we bought (two different kinds) were completely stale and tasted like they were from the night before. Also our caramel was expired. Horrible never again! We spoke to corporate and the Brockton location supposed to get in touch with us directly. No one ever called. Don't ever go to the Brockton location
Five dollars and 77 cents for a 16 ounce cup filled with (not fresh) cheap bread, sugar and cinnamon. Feels more like extortion to me. Spending the same amount of money on coffee rolls at Dunkins would yield approx 250% more food by volume, so what are you paying for again, exactly? I rest my case.
Opened a sealed package of cinnabon's I purchased and found a fruit fly hanging out buzzing around inside a sealed package, yuck
Y'all need the business but now you're unavailable to Bridgewater!? How sway 😒
All 3 businesses in there are expensive. Tastes good though but lower your prices.
Workers are kind Thank You 🙂
