So disappointed! We tried to grab a quick snack here on our way out of the mall ($25 for 2 cups of pretzel bites and 2 drinks). We found a hair wrapped into the dough and then it was cooked into the pretzel. Obviously everything quickly went into the trash. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
If you are out with the family you can always count on Auntie Anne’s for a delicious snack at any time. The pretzels and dipping sauces are great.

Awful food, awful service, too high prices. Everything is just awful here. $9 for pepperoni pretzels and it was mushed, wet, and the pepperoni was hard as rock. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Got a cinnamon pretzel nuggets and they charged me $8 for it. I checked online in Auntie Anne’s website to see if they increased their prices but one cinnamon pretzel nugget is only $5. They overcharged here at this location.

Asked to order a small pretzel bites, one salted and one sugar. I was told no that they only had large, small orders were considered “special order” and take 15 minutes. This was also stated to several customers ahead of me. We asked them to simply pour the larges into small cups and they said no. When I agreed to wait I watched them make every type of pretzel other that what we ordered and play on their phones. This place is a joke. Hopefully the franchise owner sees this and cares enough to teach the employees to not try to rip people off and just do the job correctly.

I usually buy pretzels here, but today they were definitely raw, when I started eating them you could feel the flour even without cooking and the nuggets were all squashed. They were definitely not good. 🤯🤯🤯🤯
When placing my order the cashier informed that it would only take 7 minutes for a fresh pretzel being that they were out at the moment. I witnessed the employees engage in conversation with each other, make jokes, all while I was still waiting for my food. I waited on my order for over 15 minutes before finally approaching the counter again when the cashier pretended like she did not remember me. I proceeded to ask for a refund. She asked why. I said I’ve been waiting for over 15 minutes for my pretzel and she proceeded to tell me that it was ready but no one informed me. I ended up leaving the store with no food and a refund after over a 15 minute wait. I will not return.

Most disgusting place I’ve been to the mini dogs were so burnt and raw it was my first time eating here never again!
Employees were playing with the pizza dough passing it on to the other. Even the little one I have said “I won’t be eating there for a year”

I used to love Auntie Anne's but last time I went I was given a burnt shriveled up pretzel and was told they don't do specials around the holidays which sounds bizarre to me. I was very disappointed in the service and the product, it literally hurt my teeth to even try and eat, if I hadn't left the mall to eat it I would have taken it back. I wouldn't even feed that to my dog, it would probably break his teeth. That's how bad it was.
