Horrible experience! First when I begin placing my order I asked for an Almond Pretzel. The young lady at the register stated that they did not have any, so I said ok are they not making anymore and she said no. I said well what time do you close and she said 9. So my response to her was so you mean to tell me that it’s 5:30 and you are not making anymore pretzel???? She said well ok we can make you one, but there will be a 10 minute wait.I said ok no problem. I waited for about 10 mins then one of the young ladies that was making the pretzel said “ ma’am your pretzel is ready” I was wondering why it felt weird so I said thank you and went about my business. Excited to eat the pretzels begin peeling pieces to eat and realized it was BURNT! I wasn’t going to go back, however I realized that they knew it was burnt, you could smell that it was burnt see that it was burnt and you still decided to give it to me because they were LAZY and did not want to make another one. Went back to teach them a lesson, and that’s as a business you don’t just give people anything in hopes that they will accept it. They all were quiet and looking down when I came back, they knew why I came back and NEVER apologized for such poor products. I asked for my money back and told the young lady at the front they gave this to me in hopes that I would just take it and walk away. Poor Poor Poor Service. The young lady at the register not only did not want to give me her name, the store # or the managers name but she said I don’t know the store number. Lucky for me I work with Franchise Consultants and I will be sure to let them know about this as well as the BBB

Very unsanitary !!!!! Super disrespectful staff!!! Auntie Anne’s is not what it used to be!!! Choose your staff wisely. Dangerous staff members tried to fight me because l asked for store managers information. Sad you can’t even enjoy a craving . Zero Stars !!!!!!!!
Tips required for filling a cup with lemonade and passing you a pretzel. Last visit.
Loved it - thanks for the amazing experience (workers are amazing, everything is perfect)
I received an email that I earned a free pretzel. The guy at the register told me I had to have a code on the app there was no way to check by my phone number, when every location I have been to has been able to verify my rewards that way. I even had a tmobile Tuesday pretzel, but he told me cannot use it for cinnamon pretzels. If Aunt Annie's wants to go out of business they are doing a great job of making sure that will happen.

I know it’s the Holiday season but with COVID-19 businesses have been shut down for months. Employees need to get with the program and stop acting lazy. We are all out here shopping, spending money and then have to deal with attitude and poor customer service. On top of new restrictions and guidelines it could help if we can all do better to make it an enjoyable time out.
