Pretzel was raw dough inside. It was already in the warming drawer. For who knows how long. Not good. Took it back to the counter, no refund. Just wanted to make another pretzel. No thanks.

Hot Salsa Cheese Dip
Within 15 minutes of eating here, I was throwing up violently. Food was burnt, cheese was rotten and expensive! Service-sorry for the inconvenience of patronage! Food poisoning is illegal and y'all need SHUT DOWN!

Pretzel
Around the time it first opened, I got some pretzels and was happy to see that the employees were friendly & got the orders out, so different than the sloppy employees from the previous pretzel place.
Today, I went to get a pretzel and the employees were unfriendly and standoffish. They seemed to not enjoy working and the cashier has no customer service skills, problem solving skills and needed someone to come in and think for her.
The pretzels were uneven, with one side skinny and the other side was normal.
Auntie Anne's needs to come back in and retrain this staff before it turns back into the previous pretzel place, which lost business and went out of business.

Great pretzels! 🥨 They’re not gourmet by any means, but 100% worth it and delicious. Also great customer service and individuals- custom made a drink when I inquired. Thanks!

Employees eating the food and saying the wait time for your order is 10 more minutes, the employee that ate the food didn’t even wash his hands or change is gloves afterwards. These kids need supervision. No hair nets or covering of facial hair. Is there no standards or professionalism at all.

I definitely prefer the old pretzel place at the mall. The cheese sauce is served cold and it seems pricy. Almost $10 for 1 cup.
