Wow. Staff was giving me attitude because I asked for my drink with no ice. Also, I asked for a cup with half cinnamon pretzels half salted ones and they wouldn’t do it. Huge line, long wait, and looked chaotic in there.

Phenomenal service!! The cashier girl Mei was so nice and shes made my day so much better! I was having a terrible day because my friend was sleeping on my couch and my dog peed all over him and now he wont talk to me but Mei made me laugh and talked to me about the weather and it made my day a whole lot better! Pretzels were pretty good, inside is decorated very silly.

The pretzel nuggets (cinnamon sugar) could do more cinnamon, pretzel was slightly warm. Service was fast.

Good pretzels,terrible service they got two items on my order wrong and they had water all over floors. I had to advise them to clean it up and when they did the young lady told me she "doesn't know about my order but i need to move out of her way so she can clean the wet floor."

Went with my son to get a 2 pretzels and i didnt get mine pretzel. I had a wait a good minute till i had say something and it was laying by the counter then they gave me a look like "sir its was right here". I found it rude. Plus looks like they weren't paying attention. There was like 9 or 8 workers inside the little place. They where laughing and playing around. Good food, bad service and environment

This place is rude, bad customer service. This wednesday, July 24th @4:10pm I went here to redeem my T-mobile Tuesday coupon code for free pretzel. The cashier girl was very rude and rejected my coupon code saying it's valid only on Tuesday. The coupon code on the phone clearly states that I can redeem the code for the whole week till July 29th. I asked the store people to read the fine print on the coupon code but they did not even bother. Never going to this store again.

I had the experience as other review. So i went on July 24th probably at around 5:20pm. I came to redeem a T-mobile Tuesdays code for a free pretzel. The cashier girl was being very impolite, rude and she rejected my coupon saying it's valid only on Tuesday. But the coupon clearly and literally states that I can redeem the coupon any day till July 29th. I asked the other staff members to read the fine print on the coupon but they didn't even care.

Disgusting ordered and received a cup of pretzels with hair in it they gave me a new ome that also came with another piece of hair! Atleast they refunded our money but highly recommend management make there employees where hair nets or hats.
