This place is horrible. Needs to be shutdown. I have been a customer for years here and nown this is dissapointing. They had no pretzels ready. I bought some day old cinnamon/sugar bites. Asked for a fountain drink and none of them would despense. Was given a bottle drink. Ok with that. The guy working the counter looked disgusting. He was sloppy and hks clothes were dirty. I see why the stores on closing. It's a shame. Oct. 28 2023 1pm

Placed an order online told pickup was at 4:05; I arrived at 4:03 to a sign that said on break for 45 minutes. I knocked to say I placed order online and was told they were out of dough. 4 people are standing behind the counter doing NOTHING. Another person walks up and says sign has been there over an hour; so this is clearly a game they play. I asked for my money back and was told to do the refund myself.....where does that happen. Entire experience was trash!!
Literally watched two ppl walked out because of such horrible customer service, no one is being greeted or accommodated, its pretty horrible. The floors and food preparation area is also nasty *matches the employess attitudes.
One employee is texting on her phone and ignoring everything that's going on around her. 🤦🏾♀️ which is why my pretzel dogs are burned, like burned blk!
And what's up with the lemonade AND mixer machines apparently not working?
I can see why people rated 1 star but still, this is the most solid food place on the boardwalk in terms of convenience speed and quality. Absolutely love the mini sausage pretzels with the hot salsa cheese but it can get really packed in there sometimes. All in all I think this place deserves a bit higher of a rating
Ordered buckets of pretzel bites to be delivered today for a company party tomorrow. I was delivered 2 trays. Tried for hours to contact location and their number listed everywhere is out of service. Take the trip across town to get buckets- it’s the WHOLE REASON I EVEN ORDERED the pretzels! I was never contacted and never received what I ordered.
Staff on restaurant acted like “not my problem”, and had to call the owner to ask if I could even receive cups to have some sort of way to present and serve the pretzels to my guests. It may not seem like a big deal to some people, but the buckets were very important to the theme of our party. Complete lack of communication to customers, reluctant to even try to make it right, and poor business practices.
