Really disappointing experience here recently. In the middle of a weekday afternoon, Old Orchard was not busy but not empty either; this Auntie Anne's had no pretzels, at all. The associates quoted me 7 minutes, so I returned 7-8 minutes later as my dad and I were excited for fresh pretzels. They kept opening the oven seemingly every minute, and we waited another 10-15 minutes before the pretzels were pulled, dunked in hot oil, and directly put into bags. By the time the pretzel cooled down enough to touch and eat, I noticed a lot of the salt had slid right off and pooled in the oily bag, and was so disappointed with cost, wait, and the quality of the experience I just don't want to come here again.

No inventory! Why bother opening if you don't have any pretzels for sale? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Stopped to get a pretzel and drink for my kids at 11:15am on a Saturday. The three ladies behind the counter waved us off and didn’t open the door. We went to shake shack, ate a full meal, walked past and they were doing the same thing to a guy with his kids at 12:30pm. Good luck staying open with employees like that.
Worst Auntie Anne's ever. $6.22 for an original pretzel. In an outdoor mall, nowhere near a parking lot. They do not carry pretzel dogs. They have mini pretzel dogs, but told me it would be 25 minutes.

Don't; I repeat, do not order a sour cream and onion pretzel. They take one of their regular pretzels and they pour this flavoring powder on top, the taste of which I can only describe as dry, rancid, sour powdered milk. And they charge you nearly $5 for it. The fact that adding "seasoning" to that doughy pretzel made it worse is disturbing.
Terrible customer service, someone stole my money ($500) from a wallet I forgot at the desk and they refused to show video surveillance footage of the incident and they had 3 different stories to the same scenario. Lies.

Such rude service. I ordered several pretzels and asked for a cup of water. They refused to give me a cup of water. They said we don’t do that here. I will never buy anything here again. If zero stars were an option that is what I would rate this place
