We stopped in today for a pretzel and the wait was relatively short, the pretzel was HOT & fresh and all the employees were super sweet and helpful.
Visited again and had the same quick service! The people who work here are so friendly! We love this location. Each time we come back we have the same, great service. The staff are so sweet!

There’s nothing like a hot out of the oven pretzel! This was the perfect snack on my drive home. Don’t be surprised if you have to wait a few minutes because they are always fresh! And the wait is worth it!

This place is yummy. If you have their app on your phone, you can get a free pretzel during your birthday month. They have a good cinnamon sugar pretzel.

The employees were super helpful and nice. I was served quickly and the store was very clean. My pretzel was warm and delicious! Super excited to have an Auntie Anne’s close without having to go into the mall!

We love coming here for a snack between events. The staff was very kind, and gave helpful recommendations, even on a busy Saturday afternoon. My daughter said the cinnamon sugar pretzel was delicious!

I find my experiences here hit or miss. Sometimes it's fantastic and the pretzels are just perfect and hot. Other times the pretzels are old and warm sometimes they are even burnt. They shouldn't even put burnt ones as available to sell, they should be trashed. It's like they don't have an exact timing system set up to pull them from the oven before they burn which is a shame.
Today was one of the old, warm, and burnt times. It's like half was burnt and half was fine. But the whole thing was old and warm. Which was a bummer when this is a special treat for me to be disappointed.

Service was super helpful and friendly! Stopped in for a pretzel, and they were making them fresh. I had to wait a couple of minutes but it was worth the wait! There’s nothing quite like a hot, fresh pretzel 🤤

The service was great! They already had several pretzels made, so I was in and out within a minute. The person helping me had a nice friendly attitude!
