How this store has a single positive review is beyond me. They are horrible in just about every way you can imagine. My main complaint is that they don’t have pretzels ready when they open, which is a truly absurd way to run a business. Why would you not have half the product available until hours after you open? Additionally, the atmosphere is non-existent. The employees regularly seem annoyed you’re there to order. Lastly, every time I’ve gone, my order has been wrong. Once or twice seems acceptable, but every time is out of hand. One time, I was there over an hour because first they made the wrong pretzel, then they dropped the next one on the ground, by the end I did not even care what I got, I just wanted to be done there. There’s no seating inside, so I had to stand there the entire time they continued to make mistakes. The hours online also often don’t match reality, so be sure to check beforehand. Can they please stop burning the bottom half of all pretzels. I come here a lot cuz it’s the closest one to me. But every single time I have to throw half the pretzel away cuz it’s burned. The other locations it’s not like this. Only this one burns them. Also back like 2 months ago none of the employees knew how to run a gift card and told me “oh we don’t accept those here” came back another time and sure enough they do accept them. I just have to have the right employee who knows how to run them.
I normally would give this company 5 stars. However; I was given a $20.00 gift card from my health insurance that allowed me to pick my own recipient. I chose Auntie Annie's. But when I got there I was told "We don't take that." When I inquired why I was simply told,"We don't take that. " I let with no pretzels and a large case of frustration. I have contacted corporate, but I got a form letter replying that they would try to see what they could do with a customer service review.

The establishment truly lives up to its meager 2.3-star rating, and I believe I'm being rather generous with that assessment. To begin with, my order was incorrect after a considerable wait of 20 minutes, which led to an additional delay of 10 minutes to receive my corrected pretzel bites. As the franchisee, I'd certainly be concerned due to the evidently poor management of this outlet. I found the staff to be under-trained and lacking the necessary skills. I've made up my mind not to visit this place again. The food that I had ordered prior to the pretzel bites debacle had gotten cold, effectively ruining not just my lunch, but also my kids'. I intend to bring these issues to the notice of their corporate headquarters through a formal complaint.

Me and my wife have been here on multiple occasions hoping things would get better. First time we went was around the time they originally opened, and the staff was really slow. I gave them a pass as everything was new. We went a second time a few months later, and staff and service was still slow. Today was the last straw. With 5 workers, only 2 were working while the others just standing around while customers are waiting for their items. After waiting 15 minutes, we get our order only to find out it’s wrong. Took another few minutes just for a worker to help us, and then another few just to get the correct items. Never again. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20
Excited about having an Auntie Anne’s and Jamba Juice nearby. I first went to this location when is first opened. Staff is friendly however is VERY slow! At first I thought it was because it was new and staff is still learning g however I have gone here twice after and staff is still very slow. I have had to wait over 10 minutes just to place my order mind you I am the ONLY person in line. Then another 20 just to receive my order, inaccurately. They don’t know how to apply rewards and therefor I lost my reward! They don’t know how to use the scanner so you can’t earn any rewards either. It’s Terrible! I’d say avoid this auntie Anne’s and go straight to Buena Park mall. I truly hope the service here improves but as for now. Avoid !!! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Ordered online mini dogs and mini bites at 10am for pickup asap. Got there 20 mins later and the girl says oh sorry was on my 10 didn't know an order came in. We sit there for 15 mins while they make it only to get burnt food. I'm handicapped it was raining and they have no seating inside. We will not be back! Don't waste your time drive a little further and go to one in BP Mall. At least they have indoor seating. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Staff is slow and ends up getting order wrong or burning food pretzel was also raw
The impossible sandwich is literally to die for! Amazing customer service, the guy that helped me out is so nice! Every time I’ve visited he’s gone above and beyond, it’s definitely appreciated

If you need to redeem Auntie Annie coupons or discounts it will NOT work here fyi. Employees slow to react to new customer coming into establishment. They in la la land
